The Maharaja Log Homes is Wooden Log Houses Construction Company Based in Mumbai. We started log houses construction in India in 2010 by entering in partnership with one of the biggest Russian wood processing plants having 20 years experience in Wooden construction in Russia and Abroad. Unique techniques and overall appearance might be seen on visit to currently running construction sites near Mumbai. We are working with fixed designs and ready to work out unique designs of wooden houses as per the Client`s specifications also. Our wood processing plant is capable to manufacture up to 50 Modular wooden house sets per month. Erection at site runs fast and easy. Usually it takes 6 months from the order finalization up to the final finishing of the assembled G+1 Wooden Log house at site as our houses does not require any additional finishing of entire and outside walls. We provide full set of wooden structure finished with wooden flooring, wooden ceiling, tiling material, wooden doors, windows and wooden ladders. Basic protection for fire-resistance and bio-resistance is done with usage of impregnation of Russian origin which is 100% ecofriendly material; gives water resistance and shiny look. Woodworking corresponds to the strictest European norms and remains to be performed with unique Russian attitude so we can prove easily that the life for Wooden log houses assembled in India will be of 80 years!
