the meeting house is a non-profit organization in nyc providing support for children, teens, and adults to improve their social and emotional skills through combining play and sports, artistic expression, and therapeutic practice within a fun and caring environment. grounded in the latest educational research and best practices and led by our talented staff, our programs are designed to accommodate a diverse range of educational and developmental needs and empower them to be happy and successful in school, at home, and out in the world. at the meeting house, we also join the thought leadership conversation around social-emotional learning through our blog and social media and promote our core values of "fun, friendship, and community" through our innovative partnerships and community outreach.
