The Public Procurement Law Association was founded on 3 February 2017 by eleven advocates and attorneys-at law specialising in public procurement, public-private partnerships and concessions for works and services. The aim of the PPL Association is to exchange and disseminate knowledge on public procurement law, taking best international models and promoting professional ethics among persons dealing with this field of law. The Association will also be a platform that enables lawyers to play an active part in the public debate over the public procurement system and law application practices. The PPL Association's mission is for its members to be augmented by prominent lawyers whose grounded knowledge and experience will help create solutions that will serve all participants of the public procurement market in Poland.
