The Problem: 2 in 3 students report feeling anxiety when thinking about their future career choices, 1 in 3 are unemployed or underemployed when they leave the education system. Currently, educators only have 1 week out of 11,000 hours of schooling to address careers education. We think it's time to change this. What we do: We deliver engaging, evidence-based workshops in schools and universities to inform students about the future of work and connect them to a mission that's meaningful to them and consequential to the world. We do this by teaching design thinking principles, presenting data in engaging ways and by sharing personal stories of young people going through similar struggles.
