The Real Food Academy

Established in 2008. The Real Food Academy offers cooking classes for kids and adults as well as culinary event for all occasions. What distinguishes The Real Food Academy from other companies is that while there is lots of fun and enjoyment injected to everything we do, the emphases is always on healthy food. The Real Food Academy got it's start by offering cooking classes to a Montessori School in Miami Beach. In every sense of the word, the company grew in the most organic way from there. The Real Food Academy now offers it's after school enrichment program to many of the many prestigious private schools schools throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. In 2010 The Real Food Academy acquired it's own location in Miami Shores. This enabled the company to host birthday parties as well as field trips from visiting schools. Having a location of our own also allowed Chef Maria to truly "showcase'​ what the company is really about. With a full 90 minutes and a small group of budding chefs, Chef Maria can really teach kids the importance of whats in the food we eat and easy ways to 'clean up"​ the recipes of our favorite dishes.
