The Right Direction Australia (TRDA) is an Australian registered, Not For Profit (NFP) organisation. We provide communication and social skills training to disengaged and vulnerable adolescents preparing to transition into the adult workforce. Mission: To empower adolescents with positive life skills. TRDA support individual employment pathways by helping to improve communication and social skills, so that participants can function effectively and confidently in a typical social environment. Our program seeks to develop confidence, enrich lives and benefit the community. Our training facilitators are male and female Australian Defence Force (ADF) war veterans – these individuals have a wealth of experience and act as fantastic role models to program participants.
