SoSial is a Non-profit research institute, founded in 2019, wherein the emotional and mental health of the employees in the organization is quantified utilising scientific tools and techniques which are easy to understand and administer and dont require specialised skills. We at the SoSial Research Institute, have designed an SoS Compass (Scale of Stress) through our stress quantification research. The Compass has been designed on the p.a.u.s.e. framework which has been inspired from oriental philosophy and its outlook towards life. The objective of SoS Compass is to help measure the stress at the workplace and highlight possible RED Zones where in the stress levels are excessive and can lead to escalations in the near future.
