The Training Source: The Source for your training and development needs. The Training Source, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) organization founded in 1993 by current Executive Director, Evelyn Kim Rhim. The vision for The Training Source grew from a desire to earn a living by sharing her skills and knowledge with those whose personal and professional growth and development would be enhanced by her assistance. Mission: The mission of The Training Source is to provide superior training and related services, using innovative methodologies and technology to meet individual and workplace development needs. Vision: The vision of The Training Source is to ensure that adults and youth have the job skills and life skills to succeed in the workplace, and they secure and retain employment successfully. The Training Source has been recognized as one of the seventy best nonprofits by the Catalogue for Philanthropy, received the Maryland Nonprofits Standards of Excellence® seal, and is a member of the United Way (#9478), Combined Federal Campaign (#64602), and the Maryland Charity Campaign (#9725).
