Founded by Neil Tieman in 1953, Tieman manufactured its first road tanker in 1955. This was built at a small factory located in the back yard of Neil and his wife Jean’s home in Preston Victoria. It was a 1000 Gallon tanker that delivered Milk from Drouin to Melbourne.
