Tim's projects include terminal designs for the WORLD BANK funded Pacific Aviation Investment Program (PAIP). He designed the terminals and prepared bid documents and specifications for four (4) airports in the program. The four PAIP airport terminal projects are located in Kiribati, Tonga and Tuvalu. The key objective of the PAIP is to improve the safety, security, efficiency, management and environmental sustainability of the airports in the program. The terminals are designed to cater for the marine environment, tropical cyclones, high temperatures and high humidity.
