Part of TJM Properties, a prominent real estate company in Clearwater, Florida, TJM Hotels is rapidly expanding its portfolio. The sister property of the Claridge hotel is the Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast located in Trevose, Pennsylvania, serving the Greater Philadelphia region. New York states Crowne Plaza Syracuse and the Crowne Plaza North Worthington in Columbus, Ohio joined the TJM portfolio in 2016. The company plans to add three new hotels per year to its collection. All four hotels are noted for their accommodations and state-of-the-art conference space. They offer all the amenities, services and marketing incentives of the Crowne Plaza and Radisson brands.
