Our near-term climate models, combined with expertise in social, environmental and security risk analysis, help a diverse range of stakeholders to prepare for extreme weather events and their knock on impacts in the 2020s. We do this via charitable and commercial projects with partners including governments, investors, corporates, research institutions, NGOs and foundations. We create unique geospatial risk models that help partners understand, prepare for and respond to the challenges they will face from cumulative climate risks over the next few years. We also go further by connecting stakeholders so they can collaborate on the design and implementation of locally and regionally-specific solutions to systems risks. Our approach is based on factors that include: 1. Climate change is accelerating, with severe climate catastrophes already occurring more and more frequently across the planet 2. There is a lack of information on how climate change will impact lives in the 2020s. 3. Effective solutions must be locally specific and bottom-up, or at the very least have buy in at the local level
