Tom Healy

Tom Healy’s purpose is to help leaders lead more effectively so they can thrive personally and professionally. As a child, Tom started selling content online and his entrepreneurial spirit only grew - after graduating from college, he borrowed money from anywhere he could get it and launched a business helping students learn the critical “real world” skills not being taught in the classroom. Over the past decade, Tom has started two successful companies and the scope of his work includes publishing two books, delivering keynote talks and workshops on leadership, consulting companies on their talent management issues, conducting strategic planning sessions and developing customized online education for organizations. As a speaker and trainer, Tom has delivered over 1,000 keynote talks, workshops and strategy sessions with a focus on turning complex issues into simple, actionable plans. Through his consulting work, Tom has helped a wide range of organizations, including national non-profits, the United States Navy, the Harvard Medical School and Fortune 500 companies develop better talent management strategies, oftentimes redeveloping their social media strategy to attract top talent. As CEO of LaunchPoint, Tom is focused on continuing to grow their library of impactful online education courses that help thousands of students each year. Through Vistage Worldwide, Tom speaks to and leads private CEO Advisory Boards that help executives think differently, gain insights, make better decisions, take bold action and generate target results. Tom has always been an active member of whatever community he lives and has spent the past 12 years in Scottsdale, AZ. His current community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Ohio University Alumni Association of Arizona, the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Alumni Association of Phoenix and the Gainey Ranch Golf Club; he also volunteers his time for local non-profits. In his free time, Tom enjoys traveling and is an avid golfer.
