His career in the global food industry has taken him to every corner of the world, and in those corners he continually hears the stories, feels the pulse, smells the spice and tastes the culinary passion of the people. Tom's deep-seated love for understanding local foods has inspired him to create a space for other culinary lovers to know the world one small plate at a time, only this time he's added a deliciously urban twist.
