Life changes when you have a baby, that bit's obvious. What you're seldom prepared for though, is the fact that holidays are never quite the same ever again... and now your little bundle brings with it a whole basket of new challenges. And that's where we come in! Our passion is all about widening the world of parents with littlies, so that they can recharge, reconnect and savour their precious time together. We do this by developing our own specialist resorts and properties, giving every parent the confidence to go anywhere by providing everything they need for a seamless and safe travel experience. And then we unleash our creativity and design the sort of play every member of the family can engage with! What's The Back Story? It all started in 2006 when our founders, Wendy and Rob's 2 year old son fell into an unenclosed swimming pool whilst on holiday in France. They were the lucky ones. He was scooped out safely but it highlighted the gap between what parents need and want from their holidays and what the traditional holiday companies are serving up. Since then, Wendy and Rob have been on a mission to design holidays that properly solve the challenges of holidaying with small children and unsurprisingly, all our properties come with barriered, private pools as standard. So, the exciting work that is happening in our amazing office in the heart of Stamford is wide ranging from all the 'normal' roles like finance, digital, web dev and customer wow but also lots of trips to find new resorts and villas, photo shoots, resort design, toy selection and the list goes on. Suffice to say it's never a dull day here!
