Training Impact

Training Impact is a corporate training and consulting firm specializing in behavioral interventions using experiential learning. We detect challenges arising out of human behavior and performance and resolve them, and our programs employ some of the most effective methodologies for competence development and behavior change. Over the last 12 years, Training Impact team has consulted for top organizations and introduced revolutionary methodologies of learning to the corporate industry. In 2003, the team introduced wilderness based leadership development programs to Pakistan. In 2016, Training Impact became the parent organization of Experiential Education Pakistan (EEP), an initiative dedicated to furthering the cause of experience based learning in corporate, academia and public sector.
