Transition to Betterness (T2B) is a locally born, grassroots charitable organization, founded on the commitment that all funds raised stay within our local community. Established in 1997, T2B exists to provide relief to patients and families dealing with a life altering disease. T2B establishes and funds multiple programs that operate mainly within our local hospitals and health care facilities in Windsor/Essex County. The programs created and supported by T2B, and with more than 200 volunteers, help provide the much needed bridge between the hospital and home.
