Traveline Cymru is an organisation working in partnership with transport operators and local authorities to provide public transport information across the UK for bus, coach and train, as well as cycling and walking routes. Our purpose is to provide travellers with all the information they need to make their journey through the following services. - Bi-lingual Contact Centre, based in North Wales. Call 0800 464 0000 free to speak to one of the Traveline Cymru agents. - Online at www.traveline.cymru. Here, you can plan a route by public transport, find timetables, fare information, transport disruptions and more. - Free and bi-lingual mobile app for iPhone and Android devices, which will allow you to plan your journey, search for timetables, as well as find bus stops on the go. - Text service. Text your bus stop code to 84268 to find out the times of your next bus, or visit www.nextbuses.info. BUSINESS SERVICES We offer a range of free business services, which can be tailored to suit your individual company needs, including: - A downloadable and customised journey planner for your website. - Events and workshops in your workplace. - Promotional material TRAIN THE TRAINER PROGRAMME Our Train the Trainer programme trains champions within organisations to disseminate information about Traveline Cymru services to staff, visitors and other interested parties.
