Our History: On January 1, 2004, Trillium Mutual was created with the amalgamation of Formosa Mutual Insurance Company (founded May 22, 1880) and Elma Mutual Insurance Company (founded February 29, 1884). The dynamic of this evolution is an organization that recognizes the value of balance between the past, the present, and the future.
