Trivselhus is a leading timber frame house producer on the Swedish market and a part of the major Forest Industry Group Södra. Trivselhus was established in 1993 and has gathered vast knowledge in the manufacture of closed panel wooden houses with excellent environmental properties. The main focus has been bespoken premium homes. A unique high quality building system that allows our houses to be produced completely customized, to reflect our customers lifestyle, created by you, with our team of experienced house designers whose design excellence is acknowledged as true leading edge. Our manufacturing uses only High Quality components, coupled with high quality workmanship and a flexible mentality, making us able to respond quickly to your needs. The turnover is SEK 1.300 million per annum including Movehome as secondary brand name. In total Trivselhus is building close to 700 homes during 2017. Semi-detached standardized units being an increasing share, partly on land owned and developed by Trivselhus but also in cooperation with other Developers. Houses are also being built through our own subsidiary in the English market. Trivselhus head office and main plant is located 15 km west of Vetlanda in Landsbro. More than 25 sales offices in Sweden, from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north.
