Txform has been a long time coming. As three colleagues and friends, we have been discussing a new disruptive method of consulting for a period of time. Txform is built to deliver this disruptive approach with a focus on a tailored service offering, agile work packages, lower cost, improved technology and reduced reliance on client time. We have all travelled a similar career journey starting off in big 4 audit and then moving into financial services, payments and the fintech space as well as experience in aviation, property and media. We have held senior positions in blue chip organisations, however more importantly have operated as independent consultants, and worked alongside well-known consultancies / big 4 on large scale programmes. Our experience equips us to provide services which are a best fit for your organisation. We won’t provide something you don’t need and we can deliver these solutions in small work packages or large programmes in an agile and cost effective manner. We provide a flexible best fit solution as opposed to the perceived best in class solution.
