Tyson elected the Mayor of Nairobi. • 1960 - Incorporated as a Limited Liability Company in the name TYSONS LIMITED. • 1972 - Demise of Mr. George A. Tyson • 1976 - Merger with Habenga Corporation to form Tysons Habenga Limited • 1985 - The Company’s name reverted to Tysons Limited.
