Established in 1936, ULI is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit research and education organization supported by over 30,000 members across the globe and 1,600 here in the Greater Los Angeles area. As a nonpartisan organization, the Urban Land Institute has long been recognized as one of America’s most respected and widely quoted sources of objective information on urban planning, growth, and development. The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide. As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local, national and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places.
