V12 Telecom

V12’s Tier 1 Carrier Grade Direct Routing capability provides Microsoft Teams’ users with voice calls. Our Direct Routing solution is priced per user and is significantly more cost effective than the current Microsoft Calling Plan. Through the V12 Partner Programme we aim to use our industry expertise to deliver compelling services backed by outstanding support. As Managing Director, Charles Rickett personally looks after every partner and builds close relationships with them to truly understand their requirements. The V12 team works hard to seamlessly integrate telecoms services that complement our partners’ high end IT solutions. Customer Service is V12’s number one priority. Over the years, we have built strong and trusting relationships with our partners and customers. The amount of repeat business we enjoy is a testament to our focus on delivering outstanding service.
