Verichek Technical Services, Inc. was founded in 1992 to answer a demand by the metals industry for positive metal identification (PMI) and spectrometer service. This began with application support, providing the identification of metal, which led to OES spectrometer sales, training and spectrometer service. More than 22 years later, Verichek Technical Services remains a metal analysis leader. VTS provides both on-site and in-house service and training to steel plants, foundries, inspection companies, test laboratories, OEM manufacturers, automotive suppliers, and petroleum plants to name a few. VTS has a technical staff of experienced Service Engineers with over one hundred fifty years of spectrometer experience. Verichek also is a LAB accredited ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for calibration and positive-metal identification. Some of the services offered by Verichek include: Periodic Maintenance, spectrometer and operator training, system engineering, Web-X and phone support, on-site and in-house (PMI) inspection and testing, and parts for most product lines of spectrometers. Verichek is able to offer Spectrometer maintenance and service including ISO accredited re-certification for almost all OES Spectrometers. On Site or In House inspection as well as a large parts and consumable inventory make Verichek the one stop shop for all your needs. Verichek is now the EXCLUSIVE US Distributor and service center for NCS Germany combustion analyzers. In order to satisfy our customers analytical needs, Verichek can supply both new and reconditioned OES spectrometers to meet most applications on short notice. Verichek also offers in-house and on-site material testing and analysis. Our PMI professionals have over 25 years of training and experience. We are trained in radiation safety and can provide non-destructive testing. Verichek is a member of the Pittsburgh Technology Council and ASNT Partner. Verichek participates in ARMI's Proficiency Testing Program.
