Transforming Communities, Individuals and Sports Clubs Vi-Ability launched in 2010 with the vision to create thriving and financially stable sports hubs, which provides opportunities for people to broaden their horizons. Its mission is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to develop skills by offering training and experience in running sports clubs, to develop commercial ideas for clubs and engage the wider community. The ‘Run The Club’ programme has seen Vi-Ability win many awards, most recently ‘Wales and UK Social Enterprise of the Year, 2015’. This flagship programme has helped many unemployed and disengaged individuals across Wales, London and India be seen as assets in their community, by providing people with relevant skills, experience and qualifications (including Vi-Ability’s own BTEC in Football Industries), so they reach their potential and become closer to the job market. Vi-Ability also offer Consultancy services. CEO and Founder Kelly has a wealth of experience in the sporting world, providing advice from Premier league to amateur clubs in developing education and community programme’s.
