The main aim of Vindhya was to offer a platform through employment for people deprived of opportunity and focus on employing people from communities including: People with Disabilities, socially disadvantaged women & Border cases of Autistic, and also focus on women from BPL families to complement the rest of the workforce. Primary objective of Vindhya is to bring them into the mainstream job.
