We also give workshops on topics about holistic health, as well as organise yoga and meditation retreats. VIRTA was founded in 2017 by two holistic health passionates Hanna Toivakka and Sonja Hannus. They share a deep curiosity towards constantly learning new about the human body and mind, and utilizing holistic knowledge to transform people to be healthier and happier version of ourselves. VIRTA brings the wisdom of Eastern philosophies and traditions into Western lifestyle and everyday routines. The method combines yoga therapy, chinese medicine and deals with human health as a psychology-physiological whole. The founder’s roots and love for Finland radiates throughout the elements of VIRTA method. VIRTA’s mission is to bring tools for individuals and groups for increased health and happiness.
