This means investors can benefit from both the process of making homes as well as the end product, the home itself. Visionary develops residential, hotel and serviced apartments. Its investment and funds management arm, SR Capital, finances its real estate developments. All residential and hospitality developments share the same consumer brand, Silkari® this includes S Pagewood by Silkari®, Silkari Suites® at Chatswood and the yet to be released Silkari® Avondale.
