VLR is a company split between the Built Environment workplace and the education sector offering Information Management services BIM services to the workplace include: Workshops, coaching, template creation (BEP, Revit etc), strategy setting, training and certification preparation. Being embedded as a team member to 'teach whilst doing' has proven to be the most effective method for long-term benefit STEM services to classrooms include: One-off lessons, Revit support, workshops, career talks, lecturing and teaching. Teaching students about BIM in a discreet way from Primary to University has proven to be effective in creating a 'BIM as normal' mindset. What drives me I believe my purpose is to do things differently I believe in reconnecting people to what they do and the world around them I believe technology needs to return to its place as a tool I believe in offering my best regardless of what I receive I believe that striving for excellence is as good as achieving excellence I believe tools are better than rules I believe we all have an unlimited capacity for growth that is unlocked through giving The thing that sets VLR apart is the intention from the outset to work to redundancy, therefore I will work closely with individuals you identify as those who lead to be trained and developed, so when the appointment is complete knowledge can be retained and matured in-house in your style at your pace and I will no longer be needed. No hooks, no hidden agenda, no follow-up fees. I will maintain contact with the leader(s) and they will be added to a network of others similarly trained to share knowledge and experiences across the industry.
