Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire SCIO connects and supports volunteering, social enterprising activity and voluntary groups to make East Renfrewshire a better place to live. Our staff and volunteers are dedicated to providing individuals, voluntary organisations, community groups and social entrepreneurs with: • Advice • Support • Training • Networking facilities • Signposting • Volunteers matching services We also manage underCOVER, a community building which offers two major functions: • Exceptional office space for rent in the heart of East Renfrewshire • Place to meet for local community As a partner on the Community Planning Partnership we work in partnership with public sector and private sector partners to improve the planning and delivery of public services by making them more responsive to the needs and aspirations of local communities. At Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire (VAER) we are committed to supporting individuals and local groups/organisations to work together to meet the needs of East Renfrewshire residents.
