The Vocational Skills Partnership (Wales) Ltd (VSP) is a truly unique training consortium that delivers high quality work-based learning qualifications, throughout Wales, in a variety of sectors including: Childcare Dental Nursing Engineering Health & Social Care Leadership & Management Manufacturing VSP was established in 2010 to share best practice and make better use of funds. It is a legally constituted entity owned equally by four partner organisations: Aspiration Training (Wales) Ltd Educ8 Training Ltd Network Training Services Ltd TSW Training Ltd VSP is one of just twenty-four training providers, commissioned by the Welsh Governments Department for Education & Skills, to deliver apprenticeships/QCF frameworks (formerly known as NVQs) through work-based learning contracts. VSPs aim is to help each individual learner realise their full potential through effective skills development. Learners are involved in every step of their programme and their feedback and input is used to continually improve delivery. VSP also engages with employers to ensure that the training programmes satisfy their organisational needs. Each of VSPs four partners has achieved Estyn grade 2 or above in their most recent inspection and collectively boast an impressive range of accolades, including the 2010 National Training Award and Investors in People Gold Award.
