Community Associations Institute - WA State Chapter (WSCAI) is a non-profit that serves the educational and networking needs of community associations and the businesses that serve them in Washington State. This is the Washington State Chapter of the national organization Community Associations Institute (CAI), America's leading advocate for responsible communities. CAI is the only national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. Our mission is to assist community associations in promoting harmony, community, and responsible leadership. We believe that by giving board members, managers, and homeowners the knowledge to better run their associations, they can turn "owners" into "neighbors," increasing harmony, and leading to more prosperous, safer communities. WSCAIs Mission Statement: To anticipate and meet member needs, foster inclusive participation, deliver essential educational programs, reach out to the greater community, and shape public policy.
