Welspun Energy is one of India’s leading builder of renewable energy projects through its strong Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) capabilities. The company’s services include - delivery of end-to-end project implementation support to clean energy developers (in-house & third party customers) through land acquisition, liaising, permits and clearances, evacuation infrastructure, turnkey EPC solution supported by project financing facilitation. Welspun Energy has in-house capability to undertake engineering support services viz. designing of clean energy power projects, undertaking design reviews, construction supervision support etc. The company has successfully commissioned more than 400 MW (DC) capacities of Solar PV projects on a turnkey basis well in advance of the stipulated timelines. We will be commissioning over 1 GW of renewable capacity well within this year. Welspun Energy has constructed some of the largest solar plants across the country – Neemuch 151 MW (DC), Phalodi 55 MW (DC) and the Chitradurga 19 MW (DC) projects. The company has also been working on distributed energy supply, thereby helping businesses source their captive energy consumption through green energy. Welspun Energy has done EPC for cumulative 792 kWp solar rooftop capacities for prestigious institutions like The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, 500 kWp Medanta Hospital and 100 kWp Ansal University.
