We employ around 3,560 staff and serve a local community of many races, religions and languages, across four London boroughs. This includes local mental health services for adults, older people and children in the boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow. Our high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire are internationally recognised. With our West London Forensic Service, they make us a leading national provider of secure and specialist mental healthcare. We also provide a number of specialist physical healthcare services, including Home ward - an integrated intermediate care service to help prevent people having to go to hospital, and One You Ealing, an innovative lifestyle change programme. We include families and loved ones in planning care, to help recovery and to build strong, open communications with them. We also support them in their vital role as carers in the community with support groups and information.
