Chibs is a Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher. He received his accreditation from the Centre for Mindfulness, at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He has studied under some of the worlds best teachers, including Ram Dass, Jack Kornfield, Bob Stahl and Sydneys Tim Brown. He uses scientifically-backed mindfulness techniques to empower busy individuals, so that they can gain control of their minds, rather than letting their minds control them. Chibs trains clients to quiet the noise and feel more at ease, so they can achieve more and perform at their best, for longer. His mission is to bring meditation into the mainstream, and to inspire his clients to practice daily, using language and methods that are simple, straightforward, and relatable. Chibs is committed to reducing stress in a world of distraction, and believes meditation should be accessible to everyone. He utilises research-driven techniques to reduce stress levels, sharpen the mind, decrease emotional reactivity, relieve anxiety and depression, cultivate calm and peace, and gain insight into patterns of thinking that hold us back from achieving our potential. Chibs developed techniques to overcome a period of depression and severe anxiety as a result of work and life-related stress. His system of meditation helped him overcome his susceptibility to stress, and strengthened his resilience through times of uncertainty and intense pressure, which broke his cycle of depression and anxiety.
