Wipers Youth C.I.C is a social enterprise dedicated to engaging and empowering young people. We provide specialist provision for youth, and have a high level of expertise in working with disadvantaged and hard-to-reach young people. Our range of services include delivering group work programmes, PSHE workshops, Specialist 1-2-1 Mentoring programmes, Training & Consultancy and Support & Supervision services. Our staff team include highly experienced youth work practitioners with experience working in a range of voluntary, community and statutory organisations. Our clients include Schools, Colleges, Outreach Projects, Housing Associations, Youth Centres, Childrens & Adolescent Social Work Teams, Youth Offending Teams, Secure Training Centres (STCs) and Young Offenders Institutions (YOIs). As a third sector specialist specialist youth provision, the flexibility of our enterprise allows us to deliver the kind of frontline direct work that has the power to impact lives and affect change. As we continue to fulfil our mission in partnership with our stakeholders and supporters, we hope to see the social impact of our work reach even more young people, and help give them a clearer vision for a safer journey through their adolescent years.
