World Class Roasters Wolff Coffee Roasters was set up in 2010 by Peter & Penny Wolff after deciding to launch a new coffee roasting business. The vision was to be “Masters of our Craft” in the Specialty Coffee Industry. At Wolff Coffee Roasters we are dedicated to providing all our customers coffee with character. Having been at the forefront of the coffee industry in Australia for more than thirty years, Peter’s knowledge and reputation as a Master Roaster is in demand from industry professionals all around the world. As well as this, Peter Wolff has trained many of the roasters and baristas who are forging their futures in the coffee industry both in Australia and internationally. Penny Wolff with a Australian Barista Championship under her belt, has dabbled heavily in the coffee scene both locally and globally as a World Certified Sensory Barista Judge and World Certified Visual Latte Art Judge. Penny has a flair for design, education and all things creative, making Peter and Penny a great team. Wolff Coffee Roasters also supplies Probat coffee roasters, equipment and all the accessories you need to get started as a specialty roaster. In addition to supplying equipment, Wolff Coffee Roasters also established Wolff College of Coffee – and educational platform that provides consultation, training and education in all aspects of roasting, cupping, espresso, brewing, latte art, green coffee purchasing and plantation management. At Wolff Coffee Roasters we have a Mission to be the world's most respected Specialty Coffee Brand. To do this we have raised a culture of highly competent coffee professionals, consistently delivering exceptional coffee experiences through our dedication to quality, flavour, education and innovation; inspiring and sharing our knowledge along the way to all. The Wolff Roastery also houses our new Big Bad Wolff Espresso Bar, where you can pop in and enjoy a brew or two of delicious Specialty Coffee. All this under the one roof!
