Our goal since 2011 has been to attract more diverse talent to the games industry as contributors, employees, and founders in Finland. Today, our goal is still the same but weve grown from a network of women into an actual non-profit organisation to support minorities in games on a broader spectrum. Women in Games Finlands organises networking events, workshops, and mentorship opportunities. Our activities also include other forms of sharing information, connections, and training to our members. Anyone can apply the Women in Games Finland membership regardless of their gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age, financial situation, or body and functionality.
