Women in Property

Women in Property creates opportunities, expands knowledge and inspires change for women working in the property and construction industry. We are a networking and professional development membership organisation which, for over thirty years, has been working with businesses and other industry groups to help redress the gender imbalance. Women in Property links members to fellow professionals across sectors and across the UK. We are multi-disciplinary, encouraging an exchange of ideas and sharing of expertise, often through our extensive schedule of best practice workshops, site visits, key note talks and social events. We believe that success and its rewards should be founded on merit and expertise, rather than on gender. We actively seek an industry that is balanced, diverse and inclusive, so we nurture girls aspiring to a career in the built environment, as well as supporting women in 'mid career'​ and at board level, many making the most of our acclaimed Mentoring programme. @WiPUK
