KENTVILLE, NS, November 5, 2012 – Valley Stationers Ltd. announced that its name will change to Workplace Essentials effective today. At the same time, the company will officially unveil its new brand identity. The new name and brand identity more accurately reflect the local company’s diverse products, and services, as well as the broader area of Nova Scotia it serves. Bright and engaging colour icons illustrate the company’s five verticals: office supplies, furniture, equipment, service, and print and copy. Company President Leigh Morrison, said: We want our valued customers, suppliers, and business associates to know that we have not been acquired or purchased by another company. We are still operating under 100% family ownership, and we have the same great people and services. After more than 50 successful years serving Nova Scotians, we felt it was time for a new name and look that reflects all we do, and, that we service all of Nova Scotia - not just the Valley.
