WorkSafeNB is a Crown corporation charged with overseeing the implementation and application of the New Brunswick Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Workers’ Compensation Act of New Brunswick, and the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission Act of New Brunswick on behalf of the workers and employers of this province. WorkSafeNB administers no-fault workplace accident and disability insurance and comprehensive accident prevention health and safety initiatives for employers and their workers, funded solely through premiums paid by employers.
