The reuse and recycling of hardware that is still in working order is a primary focus here at World Trade Distribution and any items that can be re-used are, whether that be in fully configured legacy server CTO builds or in supporting our customers with IT spares on an ongoing basis. All products are bought back to its premises for full audit and inspection, which will also include either Data Erasure using the latest Blancco Technology or disk shredding, dependent on each individual customers requirements. It is important that we respect the environment so by recovering parts and spares for re-sale or material re-cycling we feel we are doing our part in sustaining this. All assets that need to be retired are transported to our Adisa recycling partners to be processed and be disposed of in a responsible manner.
