yegempowered me

Harriet’s workshops titled “I believe in me because…” is a Youth program dedicated to reducing youth bullying and building self confidence. It is exciting and really gets the pre-teens, teens and youths engaged. Harriet’s coaching is the exact catalyst the youths today need to get moving. She uses interactive exercises and gets inside their mind to reverse the negative thoughts to show them what they are capable of. She empowers them to see their true power by mastering their true strengths. In addition, she has over ten years of modeling experience which she uses to help teens with posture, give them basic modeling tips and help them become resilient. At the end of the six week program, she puts on a fashion show gala to have her students shine on stage. Harriet will inspire you and your child!
