YESS Law

We are a team of experienced lawyers who have all worked for many years in employment litigation. Our experience has taught us that if the parties can reach an early settlement they will avoid unnecessary costs, stress, time, aggression and a risk to their reputations. We are all committed to resolving disputes before they get to a Tribunal. With the introduction of fees for tribunal claims, the limitations of legal expenses insurance, the lack of legal aid for employment law advice and high legal fees for private lawyers, we have established YESS to provide affordable advice to employees who want to resolve problems at work without litigating. YESS will give employees affordable, realistic, constructive and high quality legal advice.
