ZAR is independent: we can look at the activities, the models and the reports of our clients objectively and without any bias. ZAR has been established in 2016, in a deeply transforming insurance market: insurance institutions must compete with the new regulation and competition scenarios. Data are assuming more and more relevance. Technology is changing the ability to interpret relations, requiring the integration of data analytics tools in the business process. Within this framework the approach of ZAR to the professional consulting is directed to help clients in detecting, designing and realizing the projects required to comply with the regulatory constraints and useful to support the business. The founding partners of ZAR are directly involved in the consulting activity. They have an extensive experience in the Italian insurance market, gained in multinational insurance groups (Winterthur, Allianz, Uniqa), international advisory networks (PwC, EY) and in the market leading professional association operating in Italy (Parametrica). The distinctive element of ZAR is to combine experience in activities with a strong commitment in regulatory requirements (typical of big four audit firms and professional associations), in the customer satisfaction (habit of international consultancy firms), and the knowledge of the insurance business operations.
