Zenshin is a new kind of executive leadership coaching firm that inspires the whole you. Zenshin (pronounced ‘zensheen’)「全身」is Japanese for ‘whole person’ and sits at the heart of our approach. We provide executive coaching, leadership coaching, and entrepreneur coaching to senior leaders and high potential leaders--both to individual and teams. With a focus on wellness, we also bring a new definition of success to each coaching engagement that supports the whole leader. We coach the whole person—not just your job title. We place an unparalleled emphasis on ROI. Typically, we measure results based on ROE (return on expectations), ‘Stickiness’ (how well the coaching outcomes become habits) and Wellness Scores. We review at either 6 or 12 months after completing the coaching program to ensure that coaching outcomes are an enduring part of the leader’s or team’s way of being. If they have slipped, we offer a no-cost make-up session to put things back on track.
