How many ways you know to carry out any changes in your organization? What makes you think that your projects are different? Halfway through the project, how are the intermediate results compared to the initial objectives? What elements will you measure to find out how you are going? I believe methodology is like a weapon: helpful only when used correctly. Ideas underlying methodologies are fabulously interesting and relevant. The key is to separate the important ideas from the arcane technical details of the methodologies. That is for me Zeroing.
