Zoladz Construction Co., Inc. is a large civil works, demolition and trucking contractor based out of the Western New York area with satellite facilities in Raleigh North Carolina, Frankfort, Kentucky, Avon, New York, Lackawanna, New York. We currently hold contractor licenses for the states of Louisiana, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. Zoladz Construction will perform work anywhere along the eastern sea coast. We have completed projects in New York, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, North Carolina, Louisiana, Ohio, Maryland, Mississippi, Florida, and Texas. Zoladz Construction employs approximately 175 well trained personnel. Utilizing a fleet of late model heavy equipment and trucks in excess of 300 units. We are utilizing Trimble GPS Survey and Grade Control hardware, Insite takeoff software and Heavy Bid estimating programs. Zoladz Corporate Headquarters are located on 20 acres in Alden, New York consisting of a 16,000 sq ft shop and 9,000 sq ft office facility.
