BACKGROUND Zubedy (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on May 24 1994, as a marketing and advertising consultancy. As the company grew, the focus evolved to human development with an emphasis on soft-skills training. In 2001, we launched Zubedy Ideahouse – marketing skewed advertising agency. Over the years we have also promoted the appreciation of shared traditions and common values we have as Malaysians. We are especially passionate about our Hari Malaysia celebrations. We envision a time when we will truly pay tribute to the myriad cultures that make Malaysians who we are. VISION We intend to ADD VALUE to everyone and everything that we interact with and make the world a better place while continuing to be a profitable endeavor. MISSION To unite people and get people to work together via facilitation programs, publications, client engagements and community projects. OBJECTIVE 1. Providing people the capability and the ability to change. 2. Assisting various organisations during and after mergers to reset the company cultures. 3. Setting up mentoring schemes to retain top talents. 4. Dealing, managing and guiding various generations to be the best that they can. 5. Helping set up effective sales processes for organisations. 6. Transitioning non sales people to sales. 7.
